1. What sizes does SHHHY offer?

We specialise in XL–5XL because every curve deserves comfort.
Our sizing is true-to-fit for plus-size bodies — no squeezing, no rolling, just soft hugs.

2. How do I choose my size?

You can refer to our Size Guide under each product page.
If you’re in between sizes:

  • Prefer snug feel → size down

  • Prefer relaxed feel → size up

3. What material do you use?

We handpick fabrics that are soft, breathable and curve-friendly:

  • Ladies Shhhhywear (Seamless) → lightweight, invisible under clothes

  • Cloud Touch (Ice Silk) → cooling, airy, smooth like cloud

  • Tencel Series → natural, soft, perfect for daily wear

4. Will the panties roll down?

No worries babe — our high-waist and mid-waist designs are tested on real plus-size bodies.
They’re made to stay put without digging.

5. How do I wash my SHHHY panties?

For the longest lifespan:

  • Hand wash with mild detergent

  • Use cold or lukewarm water

  • Avoid hot water

  • Do not use dryer

  • Dry in a shaded, airy place

6. How long can a Nu Bra last?

With proper care, 20–30 wears.
Make sure to apply on clean skin and store with the original film.

7. How do I wash a Nu Bra?

  • Rinse with lukewarm water

  • Gently rub with mild soap (no nails!)

  • Rinse clean

  • Air dry adhesive side up

  • Paste protective film back on before storing

8. Do you ship daily?

Yes babe, we pack & ship Monday–Friday (except public holidays or special dates announced on IG).

9. How long is shipping?

West Malaysia: 1–3 days
East Malaysia: 3–7 days
(Slight delays may happen during peak seasons.)

10. What if my parcel arrives with an issue?

Don’t worry!
Just contact us within 48 hours with photos/video and we’ll help you immediately 💗

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

For hygiene reasons, all panties & intimates are non-returnable.
But if there’s a defect, we will replace it — your comfort is our priority.

12. Are SHHHY panties suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes! Our seamless, ice silk and Tencel materials are gentle and breathable.
